BIO

Ana Luisa de Oliveira Pires is currently a Professor at School of Education (Politechnic Institute of Setúbal), and a researcher at UIED (Faculty of Sciences and Technology of New University of Lisbon). Born is Lisbon, Portugal, is graduated in Psychology (ISPA), Master in Sciences of Education (New University of Lisbon), Ph.D in Sciences of Education (New University of Lisbon) and has done a post-doctoral research in Sciences of Education (University of Lisbon). The main area of research is Adult Learning and Lifelong learning, Recognition of prior experiential learning, Higher Education and Teacher´s Training and Development
